Order Cancellations:

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We do not offer refunds unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

For eligible refunds, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

We do not offer exchanges on spiritual or crystal-based items due to energy sensitivity.
